This is a pretty necklace that got inspired in a bead store. I saw the heart bead, then the accents. After that I stayed in that store for 2 hours designing this. The black beads are matte glass. The painted beads are porcelain and hand painted before firing. The large heart has a pretty flower picture on the front and some writing on the back that I don't know what it means (sorry). Small black accents are actually copper fire-polished glass. The butterfly at the back is carved bone.
It's easy to clasp and comfortable. With the beads it has a nice heavy feel to it that is not too pressing. The clasp is a basemetal wire lobster claw that closes securely. I tested this with my own long hair, and the clasp does not pull hair.
This piece can be made for $20.00 plus $5.00 shipping and insurance through the United States Postal Service.
